Mail Forwarding Rates


You can select to have your mail forwarded on a weekly or monthly basis at: 


  • $2 for the first item, then $0.50 cents per additional item plus the cost of shipping.
  • Air printed matter, small packet/air parcel post, forwarding of any mail or parcel requiring additional paperwork or standard customs forms: $3 plus applicable forwarding fees listed above and postage.
  • USPS Express/Priority Mail service, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or other courier forwarding of mail or requiring extended address forms: $3 plus applicable forwarding fees listed above and postage.

Mail Scanning:


You receive a scan of each received envelope when it arrives at the office.


  • This add-on service is $10 a month on a bi-annual basis.  
  • Shorter terms are available at $15 for 1-month or $25 for 2-months of service.

You can add this service to your account under the "Virtual Office Add-Ons" when placing an online order.


Opening and Scanning Mail:


  • This service is available upon request:  $3/envelope and 50 cents per page side.

NYC Meeting Room Rentals


Conveniently located onsite, meeting room rentals are available to you on an as-needed basis for $25 per hour.


Our meeting room rental space is equipped with the following:


  • Conference table with seating for 6
  • Flat-screen Smart TV for presentations
  • Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection
  • Whiteboard / Markerboard
  • Display Easel
  • Located on Fifth Avenue, NYC
  • Wall for presentations by projector

Additional available services include administrative support, easel pads, digital projector, office supplies, printing, copying, water service, catering, luxury black car services, etc.


Meeting room rentals are available for booking Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm.
