No, we do not provide individual private mailboxes. ManhattanVirtualOffice.com is a physical boutique private office service offering a real office suite in an office tower; we are not a storefront nor do we offer mailbox numbers. Our policy is to forward the mail we receive.  If you are in the neighborhood, you can always pickup your mail by appointment.

For business accounts, our mail forwarding service costs $2 for the first item, then $0.50 cents per additional item, in addition to postage fees. For example, if you receive two pieces of mail in a week and choose to have them forwarded to you, the forwarding cost would be US$2.50 plus postage fees. Yes, we accept parcels from all national postal services and courier companies, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and others. However, please note that we do not handle packages that weigh more than 4 pounds, and oversized items must be removed from our office immediately. Additionally, we only accept parcels that contain documents and correspondence, and we do not accept parcels containing merchandise with any monetary value. We offer you a physical office address on 5th Avenue, NYC with a real office suite (not a mailbox) and available meeting and conference space. You would use the address as you would any real office address.  Regarding Google and the use of virtual offices, you should review Google's own guidelines and policies.

Yes.  Mail pickup is by appointment only and is $3 per pickup, regardless of the piece count.

We notify you via email when your account falls to half the amount you started with.

Your authorization to us to receive your mail is for all classes of mail; including certified, registered or return receipt requested.  So we will sign for anything that requires a signature. If you expect to receive time-sensitive mailings, where the date of our signature could affect some legal or financial process, you need to be aware of that. We do immediately re-mail anything that we can tell is time-sensitive, even if your usual forwarding instructions are for us to hold mail for some time period.

Certainly! This is what is commonly referred to as re-mailing. We prefer that you send them in the envelopes in which they are to be mailed, but we can provide envelopes as well, if necessary. All outgoing mail would be sent first class.

If we receive any mail for you after your account has been terminated, the U.S.P.S. will mark "Return to Sender" on any first-class or parcel post mail (including air or surface first-class, priority, overnight, registered, or certified mail) and, as a courtesy, return it to the sender. For other classes of mail that cannot be returned without additional postage, such as bulk mail or periodicals, we will dispose of them securely. However, we recommend that you inform all of your correspondents of your new address to avoid any inconvenience.

Yes, two forms of identification are required when setting up a virtual office account. We take the security and privacy of our clients seriously, and verifying your identity is an important part of our account setup process. Acceptable forms of identification include a government-issued ID such as a driver's license or passport, and a secondary form of ID such as a utility bill. Our team will guide you through the account setup process and ensure that your information is kept confidential and secure. The Credit Card Identification (CVV) number is a three or four-digit security code located on the back of your credit or debit card, usually in the signature box. This number is an added security measure to protect against fraudulent transactions, as it is not part of your card number and is not stored in the card's magnetic stripe or chip. When making online or over-the-phone purchases, you may be asked to provide your CVV number to verify that you are the legitimate cardholder. It's important to keep your CVV number private and not share it with anyone. Please refer to the back of your card for the exact location of your CVV number.

If you break the law and postal inspectors or other law enforcement agents come looking for you, we will provide them with the information we have. Otherwise,your personal information is totally confidential and private!
